What some of you may not know, primarily because Sony didn't tell us they were doing it, is that they announced some games and showed some new trailers, along with a couple of interesting featurettes (starring Mark Cerny and Shu among others) in a Media Showcase prior to their E3 briefing. This year, rather than making a million threads I'll only have time for a few, so I'll try and condense each of the platform holders conferences into an easily digestible lump of information and trailer goodness

First though, lets deal with a small point of terminology. Throughout its conference Microsoft used the terms 'console exclusive' and 'launch exclusive' and this is what i think they mean (based on subsequent details emerging and a lack of contradiction)
